Help & FAQ

Everything you need to operate the Baritu platform. Can't find an answer? Contact us at support@baritu.com.

Getting started
What is Baritu and what does it do?

Baritu is an AI orchestration infrastructure platform that generates production-ready backend systems from natural language descriptions. Instead of manually writing Terraform scripts, Docker configurations and service architectures from scratch, Baritu generates a complete governed system — validated with EV + SRE scoring — and delivers it as a downloadable ZIP you fully own.

What's the difference between Baritu Core and Baritu Verticales?

Baritu Core is the research-grade orchestration engine — a deeper, more experimental environment for multi-agent pipelines, advanced task management, agent scoring and operational intelligence. It's the infrastructure laboratory layer.

Baritu Verticales is the production-oriented layer. It generates domain-native infrastructure for 8 specialized industries (Fintech, Healthcare, Commerce, HR, Logistics, LMS, SaaS, AI Ops) — 6 microservices each, scored and ready to deploy.

How do I run my first generation?

1. Click New generation in the sidebar (or press ⌘K) to open Baritu Verticales.

2. Select your domain vertical (e.g. Fintech, SaaS, Healthcare).

3. Describe your system in natural language — the more specific you are, the better the governance alignment.

4. Click Activate. The pipeline runs validation in real time. When done, download your ZIP.

Credits & Plans
How do credits work?

Credits are consumed per generation task. Simple tasks cost 1 credit, medium tasks 3, and complex tasks 8. If the platform's semantic cache resolves your request from a prior similar generation, it costs 0 credits.

Your credit balance is visible in the sidebar and in your account overview. Credits in paid plans reset monthly. Freemium credits do not reset.

Can I get a refund for unused credits?

Credits are non-refundable in most cases. Refunds may apply if required by applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction, or if a platform failure prevented credit consumption. See Terms of Service, Article 08 for full details.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Visit the Pricing page to compare plans and subscribe. Upgrades take effect immediately. Your existing credits are preserved.

Output & deployment
What's inside the generated ZIP?

Each ZIP contains 6 production-ready microservices organized in src/, a docker-compose.yml, .env.example, canonical schemas, a governance/blueprint.json with 41 validation checks, and a README.md with operational guidance.

All files are standard — no proprietary format, no runtime lock-in. Deploy anywhere Docker runs.

Do I own the generated code?

Yes. Subject to compliance with the Terms of Service, you retain full rights over the generated output. Baritu does not claim ownership of the code it generates for you. See Terms, Article 06 for full IP details.

What do EV and SRE scores mean?

EV (Engineering Validation) measures structural integrity: canonical data models, correct service boundaries, schema consistency and governance compliance. A score of 100 means all 41 blueprint checks passed.

SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) validates operational stability: port isolation, health check patterns, graceful shutdown, container constraints and observability readiness.

Account & data
How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel your subscription from Account Settings, or by emailing support@baritu.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your generated ZIPs remain downloadable until the end of the period.

How is my data used? Can I opt out of AI training?

Task content is processed in anonymized, aggregated form to improve the Learning System. It is never sold or shared with third parties. You can opt out at any time by emailing legal@baritu.com with subject Data Training Opt-Out and your account email. Requests are processed within 30 days.

How do I request deletion of my data?

Send a deletion request to legal@baritu.com indicating your account email and jurisdiction. Non-anonymized account data is deleted within 30 days of account closure. Anonymized data may be retained for up to 24 months for system improvement.
